Civil War Ended Over A Century Ago, But Battle Monuments Spark New Violence; Five Members of United States Coast Guard Missing in Helicopter Crash Off Of Oahu, Hawaii

TOWSON, Maryland, Wednesday, August 16, 2017 - A wave of hysteria swept across America on Tuesday, and then, again, on Wednesday, as crowds, spurred on by hardcore Ultra Leftists, defaced and destroyed inanimate public monuments and statues which had been put in place up to a century ago.  These battle monuments, most of the ones at issue here having been put in their place by Americans in the aftermath of the Civil War, suddenly are the focal point of violence.  The violence was sparked by the neolithic White Supremacists.  I mean, the stone, bronze and other materials from which the actual monuments are created, have no inner desire to spark humanity.  Monuments don't have 'inner feelings' at all.  Just sayin'.  And, in fact, humanity was not sparked to action in the last, what? ten decades by these radical stone, bronze and iron things.

On Tuesday Night and through the predawn hours of Wednesday morning, contractors working for the City of Baltimore and its Mayor, Catherine E. Pugh (who is, generally and comfortingly, a wonderful and dedicated public servant - I've contributed to her various political campaigns through the years) and crews employed by Baltimore City, removed up to four civil war-era statues that had been in place for at least decades and some for up to a century.  Baltimore Mayor Pugh "decided it was time" for the monuments to be removed.  She went so far as to suggest other heads of jurisdictions hosting Confederate statues emulate her actions by removing the Confederate sequelae at their earliest convenience.

Earliest Convenience?  That would've been about 150 or 160 years ago.  Once again, just sayin'.

In Durham, North Carolina, one of these monuments was pulled off its pedestal and broken into pieces on Monday night.  The mob or its components were not identified by authorities.  How about that.  One would guess that these miscreant white supremacists weren't involved.  Back in dear ole' Baltimore, a monument was doused with red paint on Monday night, then, apparently, removed on Tuesday night. Apparently the same people who 'painted' the one monument were not the same folk who removed it on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.  (Maybe I'd better not say that until I confirm it.)

The concentrated activity reminded many of the insanity perpetrated by ISIS in the Middle East.  There, settlements up to 1,000 years old, and even older, were destroyed by ISIS because those responsible for erecting the edifices were not of the same sect of the Islamic faith as the one practiced by ISIS.

Most of the destruction was spurred on by the Ultra Left.  The Ultra Left rejects the idea that markers of history should at least be left alone so that future generations can study and learn from the past.

The Government of Poland, for instance, leaves Auschwitz in place, and I would be hard pressed to conjure up a more disgusting reminder of the past.     Like all nations founded by human beings, mistakes galore were made by Americans of all shapes, colors, creeds and places of national origin.  The trip from 7-4-1776 to 8-17-2017 was not accomplished in a vacuum, or are folks confused by such a statement?

One of the largest mistakes was the enslavement of Black people who were captured by profoundly evil slave traders plying the Continent of Africa, then brought here on horrendous, filthy slave ships and sold, mostly to Southern Plantation owners. The primary cause of the civil war was slavery.  Many Americans wanted it abolished, and a movement to that end had been gaining strength all across the country, although not as strongly in the south, where plantation owners argued that they could not survive economically without it.

So what?  Bad things must go, although, sadly, the modifying thought "eventually" often ends up modifying "must go".  After the Civil War, slavery was declared illegal. But it took decades for the discrimination that accompanied the institution of slavery to also disappear from the public scene.  Some of it - the discrimination - lingers still.  Witness Charlottesville.

Although President Trump has vigorously ripped the White Supremacists whose actions were the catalyst for the violence in Charlottesville, he was more circumspect when asked to heap all of the blame for the subsequent violence on those White Supremacists.  Indeed, reports from the scene by those who are not associated with White Supremacists said they were stunned by the vitriolic violence of Ultra Left "Anti-Fas" who fought with the White Supremacists.  Other reports were extremely critical of the actions of police officers, who seemed to be allowing the factions to 'have at it' rather than keeping them separated.

A New York Police Officer who witnessed the violence was critical of the police response in Charlottesville, and this officer noted that the strategy of police dealing with factions who are polar opposites is to keep those factions as far apart as is logistically possible.

That did not happen in Charlottesville.  The warring factions were practically directed right at each other.  Some wondered what role in the decision to allow the factions to come together was played by Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, a well known Ultra Leftist who is an extremely close associate of Hillary Clinton and himself a possible Presidential Candidate in 2020.  The emails which were obtained by the Wikileaks Group showed that Hillary Clinton had hired Ultra Left functionaries to disguise themselves as Trump supporters, then start fights at Trump Campaign Rallies. Does what happened in Charlottesville remind you of this.  If so, you are far from alone.

The Ultra Left, we have learned, will use any event and any seemingly unconnected 'cause' to enhance their Ultra Left, nearly pure Marxist Movement.  Just Ask Virginia Governor McAuliffe or Chicago Mayor Raul Emmanuel.

Here's another thought to swish around while you are on the subject:  There is this person, his name these days is Jason Kessler, and he calls himself the head of the Vanguard America group.  This is the clown (or is it hound dog?) who 'organized' the wonderful and culturally enriching events that took place in Charlottesville.  It now appears that Jason Kessler is really an Ultra Leftist who masqueraded as a White Supremacist in order to infuse all of the ultra left's stereotypes onto the people the Anti-Fas are opposing.

Let's face it, people who are willing to respond to a notice for a 'White Supremacist' rally aren't playing with a totally full deck to begin with.  Now, an Ultra Leftist, like one of the Clintons, disguises himself as the leader of the local White Supremacist movement.  He has all the worst characteristics of White Supremacist types.  He is so perfectly white supremacist that he is too perfect.  And here you have Jason Kessler.

The Anti-Fas - which is the new moniker of the ultra neo marxist left - want to make the people and groups they are opposing sound and look as evil as possible.  Afterall, when you and your group practically define evil, you have quite the public relations problem when your opponents, day in and day out, are known by such names as 'pro-democracy' and 'patriots' and 'Americans' and, even, God Forbid, "Christians."

So you get one of your best functionaries - this is where this Jason Kessler actually gets involved - and he declares to anyone who will listen, that he is the leader of this group whose primary purpose is to oppose the removal of Charlottesville's Statue of Robert E. Lee..  And mind you, the Ultra Left knows all about Fascists, since, by and large, they are Fascists.  Under the 'kind of, sort of' disguise of the leader of 'Vanguard America," whatever that is, good ole Jason Kessler calls on all good bigots to come on down to Charlottesville to march.  Meanwhile, the Ultra Left Anti-Fa types also show up.  And the police brass, for whatever their reasons, see to it that the two groups get pushed together..

But what you really have here is an Ultra Leftist trying to take down and take apart the United States of America.

Tell me I'm wrong.  Please!

Up to 5 Coast Guard Officers Missing After Helicopter Drops Off Radar Near Hawaii; 30 hours later
On Tuesday Night, around midnight, a Black Hawk Helicopter with five Coast Guard personnel on board, disappeared from Radar Screens which were monitoring the flight off the coast of Oahu in Hawaii.  The army helicopter was said to be on a routine training mission.

In the first 30 hours of the search and rescue effort, searchers were able to recover a number of pieces of debris and have at least spotted the copter's fuselage.  But, as yet, there are no signs of the missing Coast Guard members. The debris field quickly became three to five miles long.  Seas in the search area were not unusual, with two foot waves reported.
