TOWSON, Maryland, Saturday, August 19, 2017 - At halftime in front of a large crowd at "Fortress Turf Moor," Burnley and visiting West Brom are in a scoreless deadlock.
The scoreless status stands even though the home standing Claret had a wonderful opportunity to grab the lead just before the half. A corner kick by Robby Brady curled toward the net and was headed by Burnley's Ben Mee. Everyone at the match thought Burnley had grabbed the lead, but somehow the ball didn't go into the net.
