Comey Has Terminally Compromised the Mueller Investigation; Mueller Needs to Be Shut Down and His Functionaries Need to Be the Subject of a New Special Prosecutor

TOWSON, Maryland, Wednesday, September 6, 2017 - It is becoming more and more obvious that James Comey - the former FBI Director - was never anything more than a functionary for Barack Obama.  And it is becoming extremely obvious that Robert Mueller is either unwilling or unable to investigate Mr. Comey, who is emerging as one of the prime suspects in what, more and more, is getting to be known as Obamagate.

Not only is this alleged fact pattern about Mr. Comey shocking in and of itself, but it plants ominous overtones to the ongoing "investigation" being conducted by the so-called Independent Special Counsel, Robert Mueller.  In July, the head of the independent and highly influential watchdog group, Judicial Watch, called publicly for the Department of Justice to shut the Mueller investigation down.

Tom Fitton, the President of the Non-Profit Group, said on Twitter, "“At least seven of the 15 lawyers Mueller has brought on to the special counsel team have donated to Dem candidates.”

In truth, virtually every attorney Mueller has hired is a Democrat and a supporter of Hillary Clinton.  If they supported Clinton, they obviously have no concerns with Clinton's serious violations of the USA's espionage laws; violations that even Comey found she had repeatedly committed.

Nor are these new prosecutors - Democrats all - bothered, apparently, by Clinton's sale of 20% of all of this country's uranium reserves to Vladimir Putin, Russia's President.  Nor are they bothered by Clinton's repeated bald-faced lies to the American People.  Nor are they bothered by her reprehensible failures to bring military assets to bear on Islamic Terrorists as they attacked the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.  Nor are they alarmed when she lied about what caused the Benghazi massacre.  Clinton said a video that cast a sour light on Mohammad caused the uprising in Benghazi.  In fact, there was no cause and effect in Benghazi.  Instead, it was a long-planned Islamic Terror Attack that Clinton repeatedly refused to take action to prepare for, despite the many many requests for increased security by her own American Ambassador to Libya.  The Ambassador was one of the four Americans massacred in Benghazi by the Terrorists.

If these so-called independent prosecutors are not interested in the serious violations of federal law committed by Hillary Clinton, and if they are not interested in the unbelievable violations of federal law committed by Barack H. Obama, as he and his functionaries culled private information from private files of the United States Government for no other reason other than to give advantage to Clinton in the autumn election, the entire group needs to be fired and put on notice that they are now the targets of a new special prosecutor, the one that needs to be appointed post haste.

But these prosecutors are hell bent on bringing down the Trump Administration.  They make no effort to conceal this.  They have a large and unmonitored budget, no guidelines for what they are permitted to investigate, nor directions about what they are investigating and how.  They claim, apparently, that they are above all of that.

Funny thing is, one of the most basic of all Constitutional Guarantees is the right to confront your accuser.  But with these prosecutors, no one knows who, precisely, they are after, or what laws the ones they are after have allegedly violated.  Word has leaked out that they have convened a Grand Jury, but little else.

Without more, it is beyond comprehension that the Attorney General is allowing this to go on.  Mr. Session has recused himself from the investigation into the President's supposed collusion with the Russians.  But, if anything is clear, it is that there was no collusion.  The Attorney General has every right to ask Mueller if that is even on the table anymore.  If it is not, or if Mueller gives some weak non-committal type of answer in a thinly veiled effort to keep Sessions out of his investigation, he should, in fact, he must dismiss Mueller.  He should do that right now.
