The Clinton Crime Family is on an all out offensive trying to keep Hillary on the outside of a jail cell. It is believed that the Obama Uber Left Regime is pretty much on the same mission, although there is some reason to think otherwise. Caught in the crosshairs of all of this is the less than upright Attorney General Lorretta Lynch.

This is the same person who actually threatened to indict anyone whose public language 'moves in the direction of,' or 'gets close to' advocating violence against Muslim folk. Huh? You kiddin' me? Hello, Loretta, this is the United States. We have a first amendment. Anyway, Ms. Lynch has the choice of doing the correct and noble thing and indicting the sociopathic Mrs. Clinton, or doing the dirty deed and declining to prosecute. You can bet that the real money is on the latter, but there is always hope for the former.
Today, Joseph DeGenova, the former U.S. Prosecuter, said his sources within the justice department and FBI are telling him that a massive amount of evidence has been collected against the former Secretary of State, showing a series of intentional and willful criminal violations. These sources are telling DeGenova that an indictment will come in the next 60 days. If the indictment is squashed by Obama despite the incredible fact-gathering collection that the FBI has done, there will be a revolt in the FBI and even in parts of the justice department.
Obama told an interviewer recently that he had not seen indication that there were criminal violations. Even that comment was met with derision within the government's law enforcement agencies. Some asked why they were spending this inordinate amount of time if Obama intended to short-circuit the results.
Even before her career in public, Hillary Clinton had earned a reputation for telling the most bald-faced lies. Hired by Democrats in Congress to work on the Watergate Investigation, Hillary Clinton was fired by her supervisor - also a Democrat - because she had told several lies and continually refused to own up to the truth. She has never offered any public explanation of those events and it is generally acknowledged that the reason she has not offered a counter-explanation is because none exists. One of the things that has continually amazed critics is her willingness to lie even in situations where telling the truth carries no penalty. For instance, in the immediate wake of the 9/11/2001 Terrorist Bombing Attack on the Twin Towers in New York City, Hillary Clinton said on Television that she was personally terrified the entire day because her only child, Chelsea, was within a block or two when the jets flew into the towers and caused them to topple. In fact, Chelsea Clinton was nowhere near the twin towers, a fact that her mother was well aware of. She made the story up to gain personal empathy from members of the public. Her latest imbroglio stems from her use of a private email server when she served as Secretary of State. The server - which handled scores of top-secret documents - was kept in a bathroom in her Manhattan Apartment. And when its existence came to light, she immediately claimed that no classified information passed through the server, something the FBI has already proven not to be true. In fact, many dozens of top secret documents passed through the unprotected server, which was open to attack by computer hackers from around the world. In fact, experts have said that the Clinton private server was hacked by agents for China and Russia, among other countries.
It is not known what avenue of defense her attorneys can take in such a situation.
