Trump Acquitted; Whistle Blower Facing Senate Investigation; Gutless Romney Jumps Into Waiting Arms of Democrats

TOWSON, Maryland Wednesday, February 4, 2020 - Late this afternoon, the Senate acquitted the President on both counts of the ridiculous impeachment case brought against him.  The President announced that he will address the nation at noon on Thursday about the acquittal.  Meanwhile, various sources said that the proverbial boom is about to be lowered on the so-called whistle-blower.

At the same time, reports claimed that the whistle blower might be in a dating relationship with a daughter of Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff.

Even as the Senate votes to acquit President Trump in the disgraceful Democrat impeachment imbroglio, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham says he will begin an investigation of Democratic Operative Eric Ciaramella, identified in many media reports as the infamous whistle-blower. It's not a mistake.  Ciaramella is the whistle blower.

Ciaramella is the whistle blower.

Ciaramella is a Democratic operative.  In fact, there are reports on Twitter that Ciaramella is "dating" the daughter of Democratic Impeachment instigator Adam Schiff.  Imagine that.

The issue is whether Ciarmella conspired with other Democrats, especially those on the staff of California Congressman Adam Schiff, to hatch this impeachment thing.

And the dirty little secret is, Ciaramella is not a statutory whistle blower. The law sets out various requirements that a person must meet to create whistle blower status.  Ciarmella doesn't make the cut.  But a lot of sanctimonious Democrats gripe about his on-air identification.

Senator Graham also says Adam Schiff will be investigated, to the delight of almost all on the right and quite a few on the left, too.

The media in Washington has turned into a tidy little bunch of dirt balls.  Today, for instance, Trump held a luncheon for members of the media.  The first half of the lunch was on the record, and the President answered tons of questions.  The second half was off the record, and again the President answered tons of questions.

Then, the upstanding media hound dogs walked out of the room and told their bun buddies about those items they'd promised Trump would be off the record.  Those not in the room ran with various stories. Dirt Balls.

Trump joked that Democrat Presidential Wannabe Big Mike Bloomberg strong armed Debate sponsors into allowing him to stand on a box to counteract his height disadvantage compared to that of the President's height.  CNN took it seriously and had a panel discussion on the subject.  Really, they did.

One final note.  The spineless Democratic lap dog, Mitt Romney, has voted with the Democrats on impeachment.  In doing so, reports said he defended the behavior of the Bidens in taking ill-gotten money from the Ukrainians.  He said he knew he'd be a pariah in the GOP but claimed he was compelled to do it by his moral standards.

Mr. Romney has lost his attachment to the real world, and in doing so has been tripped up again by his unwarranted perception of his own moral superiority.  In what world is it OK to fleece a poor country of millions of dollars to put in the pocket of the son of a so-called political leader, but not okay to ask questions about it?  Unless your morals are badly flawed, you would understand that what the Bidens did was wrong, very wrong.  Unless your morals are badly flawed, you'd be proud when your political leader raised questions about it.  Romney said he gave it lots of thought, but still managed to get it completely wrong.  He said his deep religious beliefs compelled him to be the only Republican not to vote to acquit.

I don't think so.  Say what you want about pro-abortion folk.  But don't mix them up with people who take their Christian Faith seriously.
